Wayfair week has passed since we spoke about my ideas for our bare balcony, but I’m already back and eager to show you the finished product! When Wayfair Outdoor Furniture reached out to see if we were interested in taking part in a makeover of an outside area, I couldn’t respond soon enough with “YES, WE ARE IN!” I mean, you all seen the before pictures, right?
It was in desperate need of attention, and this would serve as a kick in the shins to motivate me to complete Wayfair Couches.
The only negative aspect is that it is April, and working on an outside area during this month when it might snow one day and be 100 degrees the next can be difficult. But I’m pleased to announce that everything came together and that the area is now complete and ready for everyone to see.
Let’s Travel Back
First, let’s travel back in time to see how it appeared before we started working on the project.
To say that we’re overjoyed would be an underestimate of the truth. Finn and I are overjoyed to have our little outside haven. Outdoor space in a city like Chicago is in high demand, and although our balcony/deck is tiny, it serves as a welcome respite from the city’s bustle and provides a welcome breath of fresh air.
Furthermore, since it is located in our master bedroom, it functions almost as an extension of that area when the weather is pleasant outdoors.
Discuss all of the goodies that we have included in this package now!
Starting With The Rug,
Let’s get started. Because my original intention was to produce a black/white/palm print… I thought that a traditional striped rug would be perfect for the space. This outdoor rug from Wayfair Couches was an excellent purchase for us with Wayfair 10 off Coupon. Our difficult triangle-shaped balcony only required a 57, and it was the ideal size for the broad area of the deck.
It’s crisp and clean, and it gives a sense of elegance to the whole room. I strongly advise you to consider adding an outdoor mat to your patio. It immediately gives the impression of the room being more complete with Wayfair Outdoor Furniture. Although you will have to replace it every summer, it is definitely worth the expense. Aside from that, they’re typically not too costly, so you won’t feel terrible about replacing them with a new one every season.
A Dining Room Any Day Of The Week
Finn and I were debating what sort of furnishings to acquire for the area and ended up agreeing on nothing. We were both in agreement that we wanted as much seating as possible, and that a lounge space would be preferable to a dining room any day of the week.
Whenever it comes to Wayfair Outdoor Furniture sets, I’m not a great fan of the “matchy-matchy” appearance, so we went into this thinking we’d purchase an outdoor sofa and then choose various chairs to go with it. Purchasing a set, on the other hand, is far more cost-effective. Seriously…several hundred bucks less expensive.
We Opted For A Patio Set
So, in the end, we opted for a patio set, and holy moly… When the opportunity presented itself, I had to eat my words. Please note that I do not have a link to the precise set… However, this one and this one are both quite similar)
First and foremost, I like how little it is. I was concerned that a sofa, a table, and two seats would be too much for the available area… These items, on the other hand, did not.
We chose the color Wayfair Outdoor Furniture “natural” for the sofa and chair Wayfair Couches, and I couldn’t be happier with our decision. It has a fresh, beachy appearance to it, and it has also allowed me to add additional color with pillows.
The string lights are still up, and they look especially lovely at night. We just tied them to the railing with black zip ties to complete the look of Wayfair Outdoor Furniture. They lasted up all winter and still look just as nice as they did when we first put them up in the autumn of last year!
The Night Sky
Having the brightness of these bad boys illuminate the night sky is something we’re looking forward to on many nice evenings out here. I really like the romantic atmosphere they create in the place with Wayfair Outdoor Furniture.
As a result of the fact that it is just April, I don’t have many plants or flowers outside. However, this will soon change! A good rule of thumb to follow in Chicago is to wait until at least Mother’s Day before planting Wayfair Outdoor Furniture. If you don’t, there will be a chilly night and all your hard work will be undone.
Consequently, I will begin work on this area in mid-May, adding additional fresh blossoms Wayfair Outdoor Furniture and plants to it. I’m thinking some hanging flower boxes along the rails would be a lovely addition to the space. In addition, maybe some large plants to fill in some of the vacant areas and provide extra seclusion up here might be useful. We’ll see how things turn out…
Spouse Of The Year
The only thing Bridget and I did was scurry inside whenever the snowflakes fell, and then when they stopped, we’d go outside, wipe the snow off the Wayfair Couches, and snap away. Finn was such a soldier, however! We were both chilly in our warm weather attire…but we tried to make the most of it by smiling even though we were shivering in the cold. It was especially difficult to keep the chilly lemonade from freezing. Once again, the title of “spouse of the year” has been bestowed upon me!
